Saint Joseph Champion's Celebration

The Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation held a special evening of celebration on May 21, 2026, at the Campbell House in Lexington. This event honored our community champions and celebrated the inaugural members of the Saint Joseph Society for their significant contributions to our foundation.

Throughout Saint Joseph Hospital’s 150-year history, the healthcare landscape has changed dramatically. The steadfast support of our champions has been instrumental in allowing us to evolve and continue serving our community.

In 2019, Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health merged to form CommonSpirit Health. Since then, we have aligned our resources into a single ministry that leverages the values of Catholic healthcare nationwide. In 2026, the CommonSpirit brand will become more visible in Kentucky. This represents a continuation of our long-standing partnership and illustrates a unified brand dedicated to the mission established by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth.
